Visitors are invited to try mulled maple grog, maple corn, smoked baawurst from Sunnyhill Acres of Cascade; lamb stew from Chilton’s Sattler Farm; quiche; brats, burgers, and hot dogs raised on pasture from Dolly Rock Farm; organic foods from Grassways of New Holstein; microbrewery beer and soda from Rowland’s Calumet Brewing of Chilton, using a collector’s mug to celebrate the Year of the Niagara Escarpment; whole grain bakery, special flours, and Fair Trade coffee from Natural Expressions of Appleton; farmers market fresh produce and preserves; and toasted artisan cheese sandwiches by the Calumet County National Farmers Organization.
