CHILTON – The Insurance Shoppe Ltd. in Chilton announced on Jan. 5 that it has been acquired by Insurance Service Center (ISC), an independent agency headquartered in Watertown.
ISC operates 11 locations throughout Wisconsin, with local offices in Menasha, Fond du Lac and Green Bay, with Chilton becoming its 12th location. "While change is never easy, we did so to better service our clients, both now and long-term," said Dexter Sattler, principal of The Insurance Shoppe. "ISC is a much larger and diverse agency with greater access to insurance companies and resources." Sattler continued that while the Chilton firm's name will change, little else will. The Insurance Shoppe is located at 105 Southside Shopping Center in Chilton, and can be contacted at (920) 849-4534.
