| Town of Chilton voluntary well water testing to begin June 20 |

Calumet County Land & Water Conservation Department in conjunction with the Town of Chilton Board are holding a group groundwater testing event for well owners in the Town of Chilton. The group testing event provides an opportunity for residents to sample their well water for bacteria and nitrates for free. The testing day is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2009. Residents will be able to pick up bottles Thursday, June 20 from 5:30 – 7:30pm at the Chilton Town Hall, N4695 CTH BB. Bottles will also be available for pick up at the Land and Water Conservation Office from 8:00am – 4:30pm starting June 22nd located in the Calumet County Courthouse. Participation is limited, and bottles will be available on a first come-first serve basis. Samples are collected by residents and dropped off on Monday, June 29 at the Chilton Town Hall between 5:30 - 7:30pm.
