Battle of the Books results
The Chilton Public Library Battle of the Books team won for the third year in a row against five other library teams in the Manitowoc-Calumet Library System. Congratulate Alyssa Kartheiser. Sarah Hoerth, Bethany Berres, Jenny Witt, Reba Gruber, Megan Dix, Jon Kobs, Selia Salzsieder, and Mason Hoerth. A big thank you goes out to their great coach Brenda Kobs.

Guitar Hero World Tour Battle of the Bands Sign up your team of up to four players and get ready to Rock Performances will be judged by panel based on costume, originality, intensity and any other criteria as determined by the judging panel at the time of the performance.
Winners will have a band picture posted on the Chilton Public Library website and retain all bragging rights until a new winner is selected.

Terry Fisk
"Wisconsin Ghosts and the Afterlife"

The presentation highlights evidence for the afterlife. Examples include the recent scientific studies of mediums, near-death experiences, past-life regressions, and out-of-body experiences . Fisk discusses his confrontations with the famous skeptic and debunker James Randi . He also describes his ghost investigations with world-renowned medium Allison DuBois (the real-life inspiration for the hit CBS series, Medium ) and psychic Chip Coffey (from TV's Paranormal State and Psychic Kids ). This session examines some of the haunted locations in Wisconsin personally investigated by Mr. Fisk. He will share photos, case histories, eyewitness accounts, and ghost lore. (45 min. lecture with PowerPoint followed by 15 min. Q&A.)
