A Chilton woman was injured Wednesday morning after her vehicle struck a semitrailer in the Town of Brillion. According to the Calumet County Sheriff's Department, the woman’s vehicle was traveling northbound on Hwy. 32/57 and crossed over into the southbound lane, striking the rear axle of the semitrailer. The 27-year-old Chilton woman was airlifted from the scene with non-life threatening injuries. She was extracted from the vehicle using the Jaws of Life tool. The driver of the semi, a 37-year-old man from Greenleaf, had no injuries. |
