The Mid-Shores Home Builders Association will hold a home and garden expo inside the former Pamida building from February 19-21. Visitors can expect to see dozens of area home and garden retailers, contractors and businesses relating to home improvement projects. Guests can also learn more about various topics at one of the free seminars being held on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a children’s area sponsored by Premier Financial Credit Union inside the building. Parents can browse the display booths while children enjoy crafts and coloring inside the children’s area. Doors will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There is no entrance fee if you bring three non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army Bread of Life Center in Chilton. Otherwise, a $3 admission fee will be charged. The expo will take place at 2245 Calumet Drive in New Holstein, next to Tractor Supply Co. For more information, log on to www.midshoreshomebuilders.com. |
