| April Pitzen To Be Chilton High School’s Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship Recipient |

April Pitzen, daughter of David and Jean Pitzen, has met the state criteria for selection as Chilton High School’s recipient of the State of Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship. The Scholarship, awarded to the graduating senior who attains the highest Grade Point Average in all classes at Chilton High School, is valued at $2,250.00 per year, and is renewable for up to four years. ![]() April is planning on attending UW Madison, majoring in Legal Studies. She has been very active in her school and community. In co-curricular school activities, April has been an active member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Ski Club, Forensics, Business World and Badger Girls State. April was also a participant in our basketball and cross country programs. In the community, April has been active as a volunteer Sunday school teacher and a Church Council Youth representative. She has tutored for National Honor Society and went with TNT (Tuesday Night Talks) to help feed those less privileged this year. She also works as a waitress at Jim & Linda’s. |
