| Eight chosen as students of the month at Chilton Middle School |

Eight students were named as Chilton Middle School’s Students of the Month for February 2010. Fourteen-year-old Mitchel Hahn, son of Kathy and Michael, said he enjoys playing video games, reading, drawing, and collecting Legos. Mitchel has two siblings, Brandy and Jacob, and two cats, one dog, a rabbit and “a bunch of fish.” Mitchel hopes to become a computer programmer. Jolene Marie Hostettler, 14, is the daughter of John and Suzanne. Jolene has three siblings: Jackie, Jessica, and Jacob; a dog named Mango; a cat named Dreamer’ and a rabbit named Cruncher. Jolene is an avid runner and likes to jump hurdles. She enjoys music by artists such as The Fray, Flyleaf, Three Days Grace and Marilyn Manson. She also enjoys reading books by Nicholas Sparks. In the future, Jolene hopes to become a military surgeon. Jared Stiefvater, 13, son of Troy and Lynn Stiefvater, has three siblings named Caleb, Gavin and Josie. Jared enjoys playing football and played this past year until he injured his arm. Jared also likes art projects. He hopes to attend college and get a job where the weather is warmer. Thirteen-year-old Elizabeth Brandt is the daughter of Wayne and Ann Brandt. Elizabeth likes to shop, hang out with her friends and sing. She is also active in basketball, softball and volleyball. She has a younger brother Alex and cat named Tiger. Elizabeth hopes to attend UW-Green Bay and study for a career in physical therapy. Twelve-year-old Austin Billmann is the son of Brad and Kathy. Austin has three sisters, a dog named Yukon, a rabbit named Gravy, and two cats named Hunter and Drifter. Austin is in band and enjoys trap shooting, hunting and fishing. He hopes to become a mechanical engineer. Nicole Moehn, 11, is the daughter of Vince and Beth. Her three siblings are Matt, Luke and Whitnee. Nicole likes to play volleyball and is active in the school plays. She also enjoys reading and working on crafts. She hopes to become a fashion designer of an architect in the future. Rachel Padour, 11, is the daughter of Joe and Chelsea, and has a sister named Abigail. The family has one dog, two cats, two birds and a fish aquarium. Rachel likes to participate in the school plays, swim on the swim team and play in the band. She is active in 4-H, Awana and the library club. She enjoys horseback riding, skating, scrapbooking, helping in the church nursery, reading and camping with her family. Rachel aspires to become a cell biologist in the future. Caleb Brehmer, 11, is the son of David and Tammy, and his the brother of Erica and Joshua. The family has a dog named Red. Caleb plays football, baseball and soccer. He enjoys fishing, video games, band and studying history. Caleb hopes to become a sports announcer. |
